Having worked with literally 1000s of people we found that calorie control was for most - HARD WORK! And we agree!! But if you want to lose weight then it has to be done - sorry... In addition. we found that even when people had the time and resources to analyse every morsal of food they ate, they then found that trying to ensure that they ate the healthiest food types made it all too difficult. And we all agree that losing weight can be hard enough without it becoming too complicated as well.


So, we developed our PORTION POT system as a way to make it EASY to eat the RIGHT amount of the RIGHT food every day. It sounds simple - and that is becasue we want it to be simple for you. You will have enough battles losing weight as it it.


Our portions have been developed to provide easy visual measurements in helpful and practical quantities. Our mix of portions will not just help you lose weight, but will provide you with optimum nutrition without the need to spend hours measuring, analysing, and researching your food.


You may ask why we are so concened with food groups? Well, it's simple; calories (as with exercise) are just part of the picture - and different foods provide your body with its different nutritional needs. Just counting calories is not enough - we want you to lose weight AND be healthy.
