We recognise, after years of experience, that most people need help with their decision making, and their habitual responses to everyday and stressful situations. You will be able to read and download a wide selection of self help tools to help you "rewire" your thought processes, set achievable, realistic goals and reflect on what really needs to change to make long term weight management a reality.

Our online user page is an incredible tool that will automatically help you set a long term goal and milestones along the way which will be adjusted every time you enter your weight at the end of each week. We’ve designed an intuitive portion and exercise diary and "meal planner" and you can print off charts and progress sheets to keep you focused.
